Job description / Role
Main responsibilities:
• The role will involve advising on a variety of insurance matters including advising, drafting, negotiating and advising on insurance policies and coverage issues.
• Examine the claims and verify insurance eligibility, as well as record any charges and other payments or adjustments.
• Responsible for detecting any coding errors or performing any modifications needed.
• Other responsibilities include assisting clients in obtaining and understanding insurance benefits.
• In the office, communication with other staff members and insurance providers.
• Responsible for updating any internal databases and organise customer records, billing details, and registration forms.
Duration:
• Permanent Position
Salary:
AED
10,000 to 15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Commission + Medical + Air Tickets
Requirements
Nature and length of previous experience:
• Minimum 5 years insurance experience in the UAE
• Specialist knowledge: General, Motor or Medical Insurance
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Self Motivated
• Result Oriented
• Confident
