Job description / Role
• General Maintenance Technician for commercial properties across UAE.
• Candidate should have valid UAE driving license and willing to travel across UAE for maintenance purpose.
Main responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Preparation of maintenance tools and maintenance of loss and damage.
• Periodic monitoring, reporting and maintenance of electrical equipments, wiring, etc.
• Monitoring fire panels and related accessories.
Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience as electrician.
• Good communication skills in English. Arabic will be added advantage
• Minimum High School or equivalent.
• Certificate / Diploma in related field will be added advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license - LMV
