• Oversee daily business operations in the territory
• Identify business development opportunities
• Design strategy and set goals for growth and Improve revenue
• Train lower level managers and staff
• Create and manage budgets and optimize expenses
• Selection and hiring of staff
• Evaluate employee performance and productivity
• Analyze accounting and financial data
• Generate reports and give presentations
• Mandatory experience in Compounding facility environment (international exposure) with deep knowledge in industry trends and innovations.
• Leadership, analytical Thinking and strategic planning skills
• Marketing planning skills
• Strong interpersonal and people skills
• Strong communication skills in English (mandatory)
• Scientific and technical capacity to understand and communicate about company products and services
• Well-developed understanding of the territory market and sales operations
• Familiarity with finance and accounting concepts to interpret and optimize forecasts, budgets, expenses and overall financial performance of the country
• Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
