Position Title: General Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 30K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus bonus
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Role:
• Oversee daily operations of the business unit or organization
• Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business
• Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports
• Provide direct management of key functional managers and executives in the business unit
• Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives
• Oversee key hiring and talent development programs
• Communicate strategy and results to the unit's employees
• Engage with corporate officers in broader organizational strategic planning
Requirements
Requirements:
• Open to any nationality
• Male/Female, 45 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree graduate in any related field
• With at least 5 years of experience in Sr. Managerial position in both residential and commercial real estate business
• With solid operational, technical, and business leadership and know how to handle the business
• With significant experience in leasing, asset management, project management and facilities management
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
