Position Title: General Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 60K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:
• Create and execute a strategy for bringing growth to the company’s existing business along with leading and maintaining the current revenue
• Responsible to manage team of Senior Leadership comprising of functions heads of operations, marketing, finance, supply chain, human resources, IT & compliance and will report to the Board (Shareholders)
• Work closely with key external stake holders – Mall Management/landlords/ regulators/ vendors and auditors to ensure the smooth functioning of the business
• Oversee activities or daily restaurant operations through the Operations Head to secure target achievements
• Identify new locations/ revisit of existing stores potential to ensure topline growth
Requirements
Qualifications:
• 40 years old and below
• Minimum 18 years of in-depth experience in QSR with minimum of 5 years of experience at similar role with medium to large-sized QSR company
• Must have experience in handling at least 20 stores in UAE including new stores opening and evaluation of existing stores
• Good commercial acumen with previous P&L responsibility
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
