General Manager / Sales Director

Starting Package - Salary Dependent on experience & Commission - 3% on all sales of the business.

We’re a European based and globally established manufacturer of process pumps including AODD, Centrifugal, Mag Drive, Hose Pumps, Lobe pumps and process systems and accessories. We have been operating over 45 years and currently have distribution or our own company offices in 80 countries.

In 2023 we’re setting up our Gulf business operations and are looking for an experienced and ambitious pump salesman to be the first employee and help build the business around them. The successful candidate will be responsible for sales, employing staff to add to the team when required and handling all day to day operations reporting directly into the owners.

We will be looking to immediately get a building and putting stock in country with our main HQ being based in Dubai.

Salary:
AED 20,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: 3% Commission on all sales

Requirements

Experience required:

- 7 + Years selling process pumps in the GCC region
- Living in the GCC
- Experience across multiple pump technologies with a focus on Centrifugal and AODD
- Ambition to build a company and be a shareholder in the future
