Position Title: General Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 30K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus annual bonus
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A Dubai based renowned photography studio specializing in capturing the most precious moments of family.

Job Description:
- Oversee daily operations, team performance, and profitability of the 3 Studios (Dubai,Abu Dhabi & Doha,Qatar)
- Motivate and guide the team to achieve performance goals and KPIs
- Manage a large team of 80+ employees, including remote staff
- Adapt quickly to changes and maintain operational excellence; operations and reports wise
- Foster a positive, empathetic work culture while delivering on business targets

Qualifications:
- Open to Russian, European, & Arabic Nationalities
- Female, 45 years old and below
- At least 2 years experience as a General Manager within Hospitality/Aesthetics industry.
- Must have handled at least 60 employees
