General Manager

Job description / Role

• Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and growth.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
• Train and mentor low-level managers and staff to enhance team performance.
• Create and manage budgets to align with company goals and financial targets.
• Continuously seek ways to improve revenue and reduce costs.
• Evaluate overall business performance and productivity regularly.
• Analyze accounting and financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Research and identify new growth opportunities in the market.
• Prepare detailed reports and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
• Conduct financial forecasting and perform risk analysis to guide strategic decisions.
• Present financial and budget reports to senior management.

• Minimum 7-8 years of experience in a General Manager or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA).
• In-depth knowledge of various business functions and processes.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Good interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficient in computer applications and business software.

Salary:
AED 25,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
