**Location:** Business Bay, Dubai
**Working Days:** 6 days per week (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven **General Manager** to lead the overall strategy, operations, and performance of the company. The successful candidate must have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in the Dubai real estate market, and the ability to drive business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the company’s strategic direction and goals.
- Operational Management: Oversee all departments to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability.
- Team Leadership & Human Resources: Lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
Business Development: Identify new opportunities and maintain client and investor relationships.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to RERA, DLD, and all regulatory requirements.
- Reporting & Decision-Making: Monitor company performance and report to ownership.
- Brand & Reputation Management: Uphold and enhance the company’s market image and professional standards.

Minimum **5 years of managerial experience** within **real estate development in Dubai**.
- Deep understanding of the **Dubai property market** and real estate regulations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
- Available immediately** or within a short notice period.
