Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the restaurant's operations and daily management.
• Establish and uphold a high standard of service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a skilled team while promoting a positive work culture.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to generate buzz and attract customers.
• Monitor financial performance, control costs, and ensure profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food quality standards.
• Create and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and the local community to further our visibility and reputation.
• Gather guest feedback to continuously improve the dining experience and service quality.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a general manager or similar role in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Proven track record in launching new restaurants or managing high-volume operations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and build a cohesive team.
• Excellent financial acumen and business management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Thorough understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage management, staffing, and customer service.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform well under pressure.
• Knowledge of local health and safety regulations in the food industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the restaurant industry, including 3 years in a management role.
• Previous experience with multi-outlet operations is a plus.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and systems.
