Position Title: General Manager – Construction
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: up to 70K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus competitive staff welfare structure

About the Client:
One of the leading construction and real estate development firm based in the UAE specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects.

Job Description:
• Drive overall construction strategy and long-term planning for high-rise developments, overseeing pre-construction, feasibility, constructability, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Ensure successful execution of towers and complex projects from start to handover, meeting scope, schedule, budget, and quality while ensuring compliance with UAE codes and regulatory approvals.
• Implement best-in-class construction methodologies, governance, KPIs, and cost controls; lead procurement, contract negotiations, value engineering, QA/QC, and enforce strong HSE standards across all sites.
• Manage key relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, and authorities; present progress and risks to executives; lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, fostering high performance and continuous improvement

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred; Professional certifications (PMP, RICS, ICE, CIOB) are an advantage.
• 15 years of construction leadership experience, with atleast 7-10 years of experience in the UAE market.
• Proven track record overseeing high-rise buildings (40+ storeys preferred) and complex mixed-use developments.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE construction regulations, authority processes, and strong relationships with top developers and contractors.

Salary:
AED 50,000 to 75,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
