Position Title: General Manager

Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A successful group in UAE with F&B Investments on restaurants showcasing authentic South Indian flavors.

Job Description:
1. Manage daily restaurant operations with operational excellence.
2. Lead hiring, training, and performance management of all staff.
3. Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene.
4. Monitor financial performance: budgets, cost control, P&L.

Qualifications:
1. Looking for male Malayalam speakers, aged 45 and below.
2. Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in F&B, preferably in a South Indian restaurant.
3. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills with a proven ability to drive team performance and guest satisfaction.
4. Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards preferred

Salary:
AED 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
