General Manager (Asset Management)

Job description / Role

We are currently seeking a General Manager for our client, an integrated real estate and property services company based in Dubai, UAE. The role will provide leadership to drive growth, excellence and regulatory compliance (with particular emphasis on RERA, DLD, and Jointly Owned Property Law), client satisfaction, and market leadership across the UAE and emerging ME markets. The role requires a strategic leader capable of unifying specialized business verticals to enhance portfolio value and revenue diversification.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• Progressive senior executive leadership in real estate, property/asset management, facility management, or Owners Association services in the UAE.
• Deep expertise in Dubai’s regulatory environment (RERA, JOP Law, DLD).
•Proven success in driving multi-vertical growth, large-scale contract wins, portfolio management, and cross-functional leadership.
• Established network in UAE real estate, development, and investment communities.
