Job description / Role
* Develop business plan on yearly and monthly basis.
* Project planning, coordination and management for landscape project implementation.
* Creating work schedules, hiring personnel.
* Provide work cost estimates to customers and serve as a liaison between workers and clients.
* Performs administrative tasks such as scheduling and budgeting of landscaping department.
* Manage a portfolio of landscaping projects including the after sales service maximizing customer satisfaction.
* Train and mentor field supervisors and crew personnel.
* Promotes high standards for customer service, develop a safety culture and create a positive team environment.

Requirements
* Degree Holder
* Must have a Civil Engineering background
* Minimum of three years in related experience
* Must have knowledge of scheduling and job sequencing of small to large commercial job sites
* Must have the ability to read and interpret both contracts, plans, and scope of work both in field and out while taking job through to completion
* Must be a team player; demonstrate proven abilities in communication, organization and leadership.
* Demonstrate the ability to work with senior management in a professional manner regarding profit targets, sales goals, production goals, and budgets.
* Will be a strong personal communicator with the ability to get things done.
* Must be able to form effective working relationships with fellow team members
* Must be systematic and able to cope with high volume repetitive tasks whilst maintaining accuracy
* Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and tight timescales
* Must be able to acknowledge and manage conflict in a positive way
* Must possess a positive attitude to work related problems
