Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an entertainment and leisure experience company who is looking to hire a General Manager to oversee their team and work closely with the Operations Manager, the General Manager will report directly to the Managing Partner.
Your main responsibilities will be provide leadership and manage the team across the business. You will develop, review and update the business strategies, overseeing all business development, marketing and sales activities. You will analyse financial reports, developing action plans to both grow revenue and control expenses. As the General Manager you will administer the budget as well as conduct ongoing competitor analysis.
The successful candidate should hold a bachelor’s Degree or higher, with experience in entertainment or leisure, an outstanding communicator with 8 years’ experience as a leader and at least 4 year as a General Manager or equivalent. This role requires a very results driven leader who excels at coaching, mentoring and developing his team.
