Position Title: General Manager for F&B
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 45K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus equity

Job Description:
• Manage and oversee all aspects involved in running multiple restaurants, including food and beverage service, hiring and managing staff, operational tasks and inventory management, tracking metrics and KPI’s
• Establish and improve standards, policies, and procedures
• Develop, innovate and execute creative food service aligned with company standards, policies, and procedures
• Oversee budget, P&L, forecasts, and projections, generate reports for Senior Management
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Male, 50 years and below
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• At least 8 years of strong work experience in F&B industry preferably from stand-alone restaurants, or chain of restaurants; minimum 5 years in same role
• Must have handled multiple restaurants from a well-known group of companies with F&B
• Key skills – F&B operations management, strong leadership skills, independent, and thrives in a fast-paced working environment
