General Manager - Facilities Management Service Provider - Dubai, UAE
Our client is a reputable UAE based organization. They are currently seeking a General Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for running a medium sized FM operation delivering TFM services to UAE based clients. The role will be focused on both Operations and Business development, so a strong understanding of delivering both hard and FM services, through a large blue collar workforce is essential.
In addition candidates should have a very good existing network to help enable them to generate potential business leads and be able to help both open and close opportunities within the UAE FM sector. This is an exciting opportunity that will suit individuals who are capable of handling both the Business Development and operational requirements of a typical FM service provider’s business.
• Facilities Management or Building Maintenance Experience
• Diploma or degree level qualifications
• Experience managing a large blue collar technical team
• Commercial acumen (P&L management)
• A network to aid in the Business Development of the UAE FM sector
• Operational day to day management experience of an FM company
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Good report writing skills
