Charterhouse is working exclusively with a homegrown luxury brand with a rich heritage and a reputation for excellence in craftsmanship. Our client is looking to hire a visionary General Manager to lead its strategic transformation and expansion plans across the GCC Markets.

The General Manager role offers a unique opportunity to take full ownership of the company’s strategic direction and overall performance. The role will be responsible for driving brand growth, overseeing operational excellence, and leading expansion initiatives across retail, wholesale, and digital platforms. The General Manager will report directly to the Owner and will be expected to deliver sustainable growth while maintaining the brand’s premium positioning. A solid understanding of fashion production is required for this role which will oversee all aspects from design, sourcing, production and distribution.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience from the luxury fashion or retail sector, with a deep understanding of the GCC market dynamics. A proven track record of at least 6 years in senior leadership roles, particularly General Manager/Director level is essential. The role demands a forward-thinking leader who can align the business with evolving retail strategies, including digital and e-commerce development. Due to the nature of the role, there will be a need for regular travel within the UAE and across the GCC markets.
