Job description / Role
We are currently working with a medium sized construction business in Dubai who are looking for a General Manager to join their growing business.
They specialise in interior design, interior fit out and bespoke furniture production across the UAE. They work across various sectors including retail, hospitality, commercial and education.
The GM will have overall responsibility for all operations including business development, production management and throughout the construction phase.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience working in the fit-out industry
- 3+ years experience in a management position
- Stable career history
- Experience working in the GCC market
- Experience managing/mentoring junior engineers
- Degree-level qualifications preferred (or comparable professional experience)
- P&L Management experience within a medium sized construction business
- Business Development experience
