What we are looking for: General Manager Tryano/SAKS

As the General Manager of Tryano/Saks, you will report directly to our "President - Managed Companies" and drive growth of Tryano/Saks through a culture of high-performance, collaboration and total commitment to our customers.

- You will define and execute the business unit strategy, defining and cascading objectives and targets for the team.
- You will lead the store operations to ensure we offer and amazing and unique Customer experience while achieving our sales and profit target.
- You will provide coaching and mentoring to your Senior Team members on key areas including brand management, business strategy and general leadership
- You will closely collaborate with the other Managed Companies leadership team members (such as CCO, Head of People, Head of Finance, Head of E-com, etc.) to deliver the business vision and implement key strategic initiatives.
- You will Co lead with our Chief Customer Officer the initiatives to drive the brand positioning and reinforce the brand equity,
- You will collaborate with our Head of E-commerce to accelerate and strengthen our e-commerce platform and other digital tools.

As part of the Managed Companies leadership team, your role is focused on the future growth, strategy and structure of the activity. You will be a key player in driving change across not only your division but the Managed companies vertical. You will embody the winning together team mindset and drive that culture across the group.

Requirements

What you need to succeed in this role:

- Technical and applied knowledge of the luxury fashion, beauty and retail industry alongside strong marketing and business development skills
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategy from pre-launch preparation to full commercialization and profit realization
- A successful track record of delivering on commitments and maximizing financial returns of growth businesses through the development of a strategic vision and the execution of operating plans
- Experience of implementing and optimizing Omnichannel services within a similar retail environment
- Outstanding analytical skills, strong experience interpreting insights & drawing conclusions to inform business decision making
- Strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives
- Confident team player and leader, with the ability to work at all levels of the organization to get the job done
- Willingness to continuously develop, understand industry best practices and desire to stay ahead of the curve.
- Strong leadership abilities in managing and developing a high-performance team
- Strong competitive drive and the ability to motivate the organization
