Job description / Role
Our client is a well established design and building contractor who specialize in high end residential villa projects.
Operating out of Dubai and focusing on the UAE market, this client has a reputation for working on prestigious villa projects ranging from 8 to 25 million AED in value. Due to continued success they are seeking an experienced construction professional who has progressed into an operational management role. This person will report directly into the Managing Partners and oversee the project teams.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UAE with experience working on residential villa projects
- Experience in an operational management role is a must. This person will be managing a team consisting of project managers, Design Managers, Architects, Site Agents and Coordinators.
- Experience overseeing multiple projects at one time
- Degree qualified - Civil Engineering, Architecture or Construction discipline
Please not the maximum salary for this role is up to 40,000AED
