Position Title: General Manager - Paints Manufacturing

Salary: up to 32K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A global Petrochemical Group of Companies that trades and manufactures a wide array of paints and coating products.

Job Description:
• Develop and execute business strategies to strengthen the company's market position against key competitors; Oversee full P&L, budgeting, and expansion into new markets and product lines
• Lead end-to-end paint and coatings production, ensuring world-class standards in quality, safety, and efficiency. Drive innovation in resins, solvents, and water-based binders to maintain competitiveness and align with evolving market demands.
• Build and manage strong client, distributor, and supplier networks in the Middle East. Identify new opportunities, enhance pricing strategies, and secure high-value contracts by benchmarking against regional competitors.
• Lead cross-functional teams in operations, R&D, sales, and supply chain. Implement lean manufacturing practices, talent development programs, and succession planning to sustain long-term organizational growth.

• Open to Arabic nationals, Male, 35 – 45 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is highly preferred
• At least 12 years relevant experience in in paints, resins, or chemicals manufacturing, at least 5 years in a senior leadership role and with proven success in overseeing business operations, market expansion, and driving profitability against key competitors in the UAE and KSA
• With strong expertise in P&L management, commercial strategy, supply chain, and operational excellence, with solid understanding of resins, solvents, UPR, and water-based binders market dynamics.

Salary:
AED 32,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
