Overview:
One of our clients in the QSR industry seeks an experienced Multi-Store General Manager to lead operations, drive profitability, and ensure excellent customer experiences across multiple locations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic leader with a strong QSR background and operational expertise.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations and ensure consistency in quality and service.
- Lead and develop store managers and their teams to boost performance.
- Drive sales and manage profitability through effective strategies.
- Foster a customer-first culture and handle escalations as needed.
- Manage inventory, logistics, and compliance with safety standards.
- Report on key metrics and insights for ongoing improvement.

- Operational Management: Skilled in overseeing multiple locations, ensuring consistent quality, cleanliness, and service.
- Sales & Profit Focused: Proven ability to drive revenue growth, meet targets, and manage budgets.
- Team Lpproach: Committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Inventory & Supply Chain: Proficient in managing inventory and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
- Problem Solving & Compliance: Strong decision-maker with expertise in health and safety standards.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years in QSR management, with multi-store responsibility.
- Communication: Excellent skills across all levels, from staff to senior management.
- Proven experience as a General or Multi-Store Manager in QSR.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and customer focus.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or similar preferred.

Salary:
AED 20,000 to 22,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
