General Manager/ Rehabilitation Specialist

Symmetry Recovery Center is a growing network of clinics specializing in both passive and active rehabilitation for joint and back pain. Our core offering includes personalized rehabilitation programs based on our proprietary Biomechanotherapy method — an innovative approach that combines muscle relaxation, spinal stabilization, joint and ligament restoration, and progressive strength training. This holistic method enables us to address not only symptoms but the root causes of musculoskeletal issues, promoting sustainable recovery and enhanced mobility.

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and strategic General Manager to lead and support the growth of our clinic network across the UAE. This is a key role in shaping the future of Symmetry by driving clinic expansion, enhancing our medical products and services, and ensuring a seamless and high-quality patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the launch of new clinic locations across the Emirates
• Lead the development and improvement of rehabilitation programs and medical service offerings
• Define and execute the product growth strategy, including service diversification and market positioning
• Collaborate closely with medical staff to align teams around product knowledge and treatment philosophy
• Conduct market research and customer insights to identify new opportunities and optimize services
• Analyze operational and performance data to drive decision-making
• Build and refine internal operational processes to ensure efficiency and scalability

• Proven experience in healthcare product management (rehabilitation), or clinical operations
• Strong understanding of patient experience, service design, and medical product lifecycle
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with medical and business teams
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
