Job description / Role
NTS Group Recruitment are working with a leading hospitality group who are seeking a General Manager for one of their leading and most recognised restaurants in Dubai. The General Manager will be responsible for the overall management and effective running of the restaurant as well as focusing on all operational duties, team management responsibilities, marketing, P&L etc. Reporting into the brand operations manager, you will be responsible for running a large, busy and dynamic restaurant in Dubai leading a team and hitting set KPI’s.
Requirements
To be successful, you will have previous experience working for large, busy (400-600 covers), casual dining style restaurants with the understanding of how to run and manager successful restaurants within this specific arena. You should be innovative and creative in your approach with an enthusiastic and high energy outlook and attitude with a minimum of 6 years experience.
