We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Interior Fit-out Sales and Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for strategic and potential business pick-up, implementing and managing the overall company's marketing strategy. You will be expecting to have diversified experience, an eye to detailed interior design and a big passion in building an empire on sales & marketing. You will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals and objectives.
• Build, plan and implement the overall marketing strategy
• Generate leads and sales opportunities to meet the company's business/growth plans and the sales targets
• Responsible for identifying and selling commercial interiors and design solutions to new clients as well as working as a General Manager to build long-term relationships with strategic partners & collaborator
• Establishing market penetration into the Commercial Interiors sector, generating opportunities through contacts, networking and associations.
• Manage all digital marketing channels
• Measure ROI and KPIs
• Prepare and manage a digital marketing budget
• Build a concrete sales and marketing plan
• Forecast sales performance trends
• Motivate the marketing team to achieve goals
• Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement
AED 18,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

• Must have minimum of 7 years of Fitout Company Sales and Marketing Experience
• Excellent Communication in English
• Must have valid UAE Driving License
