Client Details
Required for a company based in Dubai working in the field of Building Construction products sold via Specification.

Description
* Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth
* Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing)
* Resolves issues with contracts and commercial operations
* Ensuring that all stakeholders, such as administration, operations, and finance understand and adhere to contractual obligations; reflecting them accurately
* Manage the procurement and the inventory level at an efficient level and manage timely delivery to customers.
* Ensure timely collection from customers and immediate resolution of disputes
* Work with finance to efficiently manage the working capital of the company
* Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring
* Manages daily company operations

Job Offer
40,000 -50,000 AED

Requirements

* Proven experience as commercial director, general manager, commercial manager overseeing large teams, with full responsibility for regional P&L
* Experienced in high end specification sales within the industrial / building construction sector via contractors and municipalities. (MUST HAVE SOLD TO MUNICIPALITIES)
* Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
* Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
