General Manager - Visa

About the Client:
A Dubai based top service provider in the UAE for almost two decades and contribute to delivering exceptional solutions for our customers.

- Leading and monitoring visa application processes, document verification, and overall visa handling to meet service quality standards.
- Recruiting, training, and managing the visa processing team to enhance productivity, customer service standards and conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to foster team growth and improvement.
- Identifying potential risks in visa processes and work on mitigation strategies.
- Preparing and managing the budget for visa operations, monitoring expenses to meet financial objectives.

- Open to Asian and Arabic nationalities
- 40 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in visa operations or immigration services, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role
- Must have strong knowledge of visa policies and immigration regulations.
