Experienced General Manager with a strong sales background.

The role reports and is accountable to Board level and stakeholders
Key Selection Criteria
• At least ten (10) years’ experience in a cosmetic/pharmaceutical (or comparable FMCG business) ideally in a sales focused position with management and P&L experience.
• Arabic origin
• Excellent knowledge of Middle East markets and competitive landscape
• Fluent in English and Arabic both spoken and written
• Proven background of leading multifunctional teams with different commercial and technical capacities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and inspire the team
