Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

A Technician works as a member of the technical team, participates in different tasks: cleaning, maintenance troubleshooting and posting of advertising assets installed across the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Conducts cleaning, maintenance (including digital) and posting of street furniture - outdoor and indoor
• Participates in other tasks: installation, daily inspections of sites to ensure quality and safety of assets, maintenance of working tools and premises
• Ensures all operations comply with health and safety regulations; wears a company uniform daily and uses proper PPE when necessary.
• Promptly reports faults/damage of advertising panels
• Reports on a daily basis about works completed

Requirements

• Technical background (maintenance of electronics, electrical, structural parts)
• Holds valid UAE driving license
• Physically fit for the tasks involved in
• Ready to work on site on a daily basis
• Has general handyman skills
• Able to show an evidence of previous technical experience
• Soundly skilled in English, both speaking and writing; other languages (Arabic, Thai, French) preferable but not mandatory
• Both literate and numerate in order to complete the necessary paper work

Advantage will be given to candidates with:

• Experience of working with digital media (LED & LCD screens, media players, connectivity, etc.)
• Previous work experience in outdoor media companies on technical position
• Previous health & safety training
