Job description / Role
Position Title: General Technician
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4K AED depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
International food & beverage company handling various well known restaurant brands.
Job Role:
• Creating a budget for various facility needs and expenses
• Managing the maintenance of the facility by performing repairs or contracting maintenance services as needed
• Tracking facility upkeep as well as anticipating long-and short-term improvements and maintenance
• Ensuring the security of the facility by researching and implementing various security measures, such as surveillance cameras.
• Responding to emergency situations or other urgent issues involving the facility
• Conducting regular walk through of the facility to assist visual maintenance and security
• Walking around the facility checking all doors to ensure security, observing equipment for defects, observing employees for misuse of equipment or inappropriate conduct, and periodically checking the locker rooms for problems
Requirements
Requirements:
• 35 years and below
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or any related field
• Minimum of 1 year work experience in the same role
• In-depth knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems
• Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques
• Additional certification in related field is a plus
