Employment: Full Time

Generalist Human Resources Assistant for Multinational Construction Company, Dubai

Main tasks:
- Manage confidential information, coordinating and assisting in HR projects.
- Working independently as well as in close collaboration with the HR team.
- Manage day to day HR admin, visa letters, scheduling, and general assistance to the team.
- Manage employee data and create reports and analysis from the database.
- Coordinate new hire paperwork and exiting staff leaving procedures.
- Handling of ad hoc HR operations project work.
- Preparation of reports and projects.

To be the chosen candidate for this position you will need to be currently based in Dubai, be educated to degree level with 2 years previous experience working as a HR assistant for a large multinational in the construction industry.

Requirements

- Excellent communication, organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to deliver under pressure, effectively prioritise and multitask.
- Experience in working in construction, engineering or architectural companies preferred.
- Self confidence and necessary personal skills to be the first point of contact for the team.
- Can do attitude and passion for the job.
- Fluency in written and spoken business level English.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
