Genesys Consultant

Job description / Role

- Need to have Genesys and contact center experience.
- Good knowledge on Genesys framwork.
- Need to have excellent communication skills

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or related field and 5 years Genesys experience
- Ability to be an active team member and provide other Genesys consultants with assistance in solving problems.
- Ability to do Knowledge transfer with both internal staff and end customers.
