Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The purpose of the role is to lead the development of the firm's Corporate Responsibility and Inclusion (CR&I) programme in MEA and APAC in their key areas: community, pro bono, diversity and inclusion and environment. To raise awareness of and help co-ordinate the firm's global strategies and initiatives.

The main responsibilities are as follows:

- Define, deliver and evaluate the firm's CR&I strategy, policies and initiatives in the MEA and APAC region in conjunction with the Global CR&I strategy and priorities
- Be the firm's representative for CR&I activities and projects within MEA and APAC;
- Promote awareness of our firm's CR&I initiatives internally and externally and maintain the network of volunteers within the firm working on different CRI projects;
- Establish cooperative relationships with charity representatives and non-profit organisations, client teams and regulatory authorities;
- Chair and coordinate the MENA Community Council meetings and similar groups in other regions, and facilitate communication between them and the difference project groups of volunteers;
- Produce Corporate Responsibility and Inclusion responses for pitches;
- Coordinate internal CR&I communication plan including newsletters and intranet content;
- Manage the CR&I annual budget for MEA and APAC;
- Work closely with the global CR&I team to communicate activity and identify areas for collaboration;
- Produce award submissions;
- Develop a client program for the firm to engage with clients on CRI initiatives and strengthen clients relationships; and
- Represent the firm at external forums and events on behalf of the firm.

Salary:
AED 21,000 to 24,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will:

- Have experience or a strong interest in Corporate Responsibility and Inclusion matters preferably within in a corporate environment
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to work with multiple stakeholders;
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and referral skills; and
- Be team-focused but also able to work independently.
- Prioritizing work, deadlines, flexibility
