Job description / Role
The role has a global focus and will lead all other offices by creating a CRM centre of excellence here in Dubai. You'll set out the global strategy and work to ensure it becomes reality. For a business with over 3,000 staff and 40 offices the role represents a serious challenge.
Responsibilities:
* Set the firm's global CRM strategy
* Deliver insight and reporting
* Create, implement and interpret dashboards to monitor performance
* Build a deep level of understanding of the firm's client base
* Help to automate CRM processes to reduce day to day maintenance and allow you to focus on big picture
* Ensure data integrity and legal compliance levels are maintained
Requirements
A challenging role requires a candidate with strong technical skills and a desire to leave a legacy with the organisation. As well as long standing experience with CRM systems and data you'll need to be focused, motivated and able to think strategically. Requirements
* Considerable experience of CRM in a B2B context
* Analytical mindset and used to working with quantitative and qualitative data
* Experience in reporting and building dashboards
* High level skills analysing campaign performance
* Detail oriented and accurate
* Able to take complicated technical information and translate it for non-technical stakeholders
