You will oversee and manage the development, implementation, and management of the clients global network infrastructure.

Description

* Develop and execute a comprehensive global network infrastructure strategy aligned with the overall business goals.
* Identify opportunities to optimize network performance, enhance scalability, and improve reliability, ensuring high availability across all locations.
* Lead and manage a team of network engineers and technicians, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
* Design and implement network solutions, ensuring adherence to industry best practices, security standards, and regulatory compliance.
* Monitor network performance, proactively identify and resolve issues, and ensure optimal network availability and performance.
* Implement robust network monitoring tools and establish proactive maintenance procedures to minimize downtime and mitigate risks.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring high-quality service delivery and effective issue resolution.
* Implement and enforce network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls, to safeguard data and systems.

Requirements

* You possess an unwavering passion for driving change and a relentless drive to explore new possibilities. You are constantly envisioning what the future holds for network infrastructure. You have a knack for spotting opportunities, identifying trends, and leveraging emerging technologies to shape a progressive and future-proof networking framework.
* You have 10-12 years of experience, with prior experience in designing a global robust network, SD-WAN, and Network Security.
* You have extensive experience in global network infrastructure management, including design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
* You have led a team of about 10-15 individuals, as well as managing external vendors.
* You have demonstrated experience in network architecture design, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
* You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
