Guildhall is assisting our client in finding a talented Global Marketing Manager to lead their international marketing efforts in the cryptocurrency industry. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced marketing professionals to play a key role in shaping the global presence of a rapidly growing digital asset platform.
Summary:
As the Global Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and optimizing our marketing activities across various international markets. You will spearhead global campaigns across multiple channels such as performance marketing, social media, and events. Your role will involve working closely with our global team to ensure marketing strategies are cohesive, culturally relevant, and effective in maximizing engagement and conversion rates worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of global marketing campaigns from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective campaign execution and alignment with overall business goals.
- Track and measure the results of marketing campaigns to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms, extracting key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies.
- Present formal proposals and recommendations based on data-driven insights to senior management.
- Stay attuned to the needs and experiences of users on our platform, innovating ways to enhance user interaction and brand perception in various global markets.
- Collaborate with the global performance team to track and optimize the performance of acquisition marketing activities, including localizing messaging to improve relevance and effectiveness.
- Compile best practices and insights from global initiatives to enhance local marketing efforts in various markets.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant legislation and regulations to minimize risk and uphold our reputation.
- Adhere strictly to internal security and confidentiality requirements.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for global marketing campaigns.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Act as the primary point of contact for global marketing campaigns, communicating plans, progress, and outcomes to internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and investors, outlining campaign strategies and results.

- A data-driven mindset with a passion for the cryptocurrency industry.
- User-focused, with a keen sensitivity to user journey and product issues, aiming to improve ROI.
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, ideally within the cryptocurrency or tech sectors.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive strategic initiatives.
- Excellent professional English communication skills, both spoken and written. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working at a cryptocurrency exchange.
- Exceptional project management skills, lateral thinking, and strong organizational capabilities.
- Results-oriented, with the ability to adapt and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen, proficient in interpreting metrics and utilizing spreadsheets and charts for analysis.
- Ability to work full-time in Dubai.
