Are you a hands-on Recruiter looking for something a little different from internal recruitment roles?

Our work with education clients in the Middle East and Asia has grown significantly over the past year and we’re looking to appoint a talented Resourcing Specialist to join our Global Resourcing team. Based out of our office in Dubai, you’ll will work with and for a diverse range of clients and end-users including Education Development Trust staff, partner organisations, donors and government officials.

You’ll play a pivotal role in resourcing candidates and consultants for our bids and live programmes, and in particular helping to lead the resourcing for our flagship inspections programmes across the GCC region. Working closely with Global Resourcing colleagues in the UK, you’ll help develop and strengthen a pipeline of talented Arabic/English speaking candidates and grow our networks in the region.

Salary: 150,000 - 160,500 AED on a one year fixed term contract

Salary:
AED 12,500 to 13,375 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

We’d like to hear from you if you:
- Have excellent resourcing skills, with experience of using a range of resourcing tools such as advertising channels, job boards and social media to attract high-quality candidates
- Can demonstrate strong experience of using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)/databases to build talent pools
- Have experience of using LinkedIn to search for candidates
- Are able to screen and assess candidates and have excellent communication skills
- Are fluent spoken and written Arabic and English
