GM - Retail Leasing - Al Futtaim Retail Corporate - Dubai, UAE

As part of Retail Leasing & Development team, you will be responsible for sourcing and securing new properties for Business expansion across the MENA Region in line with the Group‘s Retail Real Estate Strategy and managing the existing property portfolio to ensure that all stores are commercially viable.

You will prepare plans, proposals and feasibility studies in line with the business objectives; approach developers and present the Al Futtaim retail portfolio, negotiate commercial terms and legal/ contractual issues to enable successful signing of the agreements; coordinate all aspects of retail leasing to enable a smooth transition from site selection to allocating the space to the relevant brand portfolios; conduct periodic analysis of property developments within the MENA region and propose brand placement and allocations in line with the development and the market segment it is envisaged to cater to.

Requirements

You should be educated to a Bachelor degree level, having an MBA would be desirable. Also, you should have at least five years of management experience in Leasing & Property preferably in a Retail industry, managing Leasing team as well.

You should be able to prioritise and oversee multiple assignments and be flexible towards working hours and frequent travel abroad. You should be able to manitan directions and focus through proactive planning and orginised approaches to work, demonstrating initiative, resourcefullness and high degree of accountability.
