Job description / Role
Position Title: Gourmet Supermarket Manager
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 15K AED, depending on experience and qualifications plus family benefits

About the Client:
One of the leading retail hypermarket groups with nearly a hundred branch all over UAE
Job Role:
• Handling a team of at least 12 staff at the beginning of the project and possible expansion
• Coordinating and optimizing departments structure for the gourmet products
• Representing the gourmet products and company as a whole with superior customer service skills
• Controlling operational costs and promoting efficiency as per launching assignments by managing department profitability, merchandising, guest service, appearance, and associate supervision
• Submitting weekly, monthly, and annual financial reporting to upper management
Requirements
Requirements:
• Open to Spanish/French/Italian nationals
• Female, 45 years old and below
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior role
• Must come from hypermarket/supermarket/retail industry; home country experience is accepted
• Open to overseas candidates
