Position Title: Government Liaison Officer – Real Estate
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 14K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus competitive staff welfare structure

About the Client:
One of the leading construction and real estate development firm based in the UAE specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects.

Job Description:
• Act as the liaison to support business operations through high-level PR activities, ensuring clear and consistent communication with government agencies such as DLD, MOHRE, GDRFA, DHA, MOH, Nakheel, Trakhees, DDA, and others.
• Coordinate company establishment and licensing procedures across the Dubai Emirate and free zones, aligned with business requirements.
• Advise on visa formalities, employment laws, and other government-related procedures impacting employees and business operations.
• Facilitate and secure project approvals from relevant government authorities.

• Open to Arabic speakers with at least 6 years of UAE-based experience in a government-liaison or PRO role; With established relationships with government departments and embassies in Dubai.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labour and immigration laws, and proficient in handling all related legal and administrative paperwork.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken), and must hold a valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).

Salary:
AED 14,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
