What you will be doing:

- Handle all visas matters for all colleagues as required.
- Maintain a good database and tracking systems.
- Responsible for all hotels' licenses renewal process.
- Look after colleague's accommodation in coordination with the T&C Coordinator.
- Maintain a good colleague filing records.
- Maintain good and healthy relations with the authorities.
- Attend all colleagues' requests and in a timely manner.
- Assist the T&C Coordinator in day to day operations.

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude.
- Operating office equipment such as computers and printers.
- Flexibility to do other HR tasks, occasionally.
