Job description / Role
• Customer’s focal point of contact for all operational needs, collaborating closely with commercial, supply chain and other functional partners to meet business objectives while servicing customers with excellence.
• Track and trace all inbound and outbound international shipments from point of origin to point of destination, and ensure with complete import and export documentations for clearance.
• Coordination with local and international suppliers and ensure complete shipping documents such as Country of Origin, Health Certificate, Certificate of Analysis and Bill of Lading were received and accurate.
• Prepare Purchase Order for local and international purchases
• Prepare Sales Order for preparation of goods for shipment.
• Ensures a high level of accuracy in all invoices and all billable revenue is captured and invoiced in a timely manner.
• Handle and resolve customer’s queries and maintain positive relationships with all customers in order to exceed their needs.
• Maintain and update customer’s tracker and submit to customer on a weekly basis.
• Maintain and update import tracker.
• Coordinate with Warehouse in every loading schedule and ensure goods are ready for loading.
Requirements
• Min.4 years experience in a similar role
• Ability to take a proactive approach to overcome challenges and achieve results
• Detail oriented
• Excellent English communication skills, both oral & written
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• Business awareness and commercially focused.
• Ability to devise solutions
• "Hands on” approach to all tasks
• Min. 4 years work experience in the GCC
