WSP is currently seeking Emirati graduates who hold a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering to join our dynamic advisory services team in Abu Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity to learn and grow under the mentorship of expert engineers at WSP, working on electrical engineering projects within the UAE and across the wider Middle East region.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out electrical designs in line with required standards and quality expectations.
• Support the coordination and submission of project documentation and no objection certificates (NOCs).
• Stay informed of relevant technical developments within the discipline.
• Understand project scope, deliverables, and contractual requirements.
• Ensure health & safety principles are embedded in all work practices in accordance with company policies.
• Support compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular work progress updates, including any risks or concerns, to the line manager.
• Participate in team and project meetings as required.
• Contribute to the delivery of the BU strategy, including supporting sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality management systems (QMS) and project lifecycle processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams and contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing activities.

Qualifications

• UAE nationality (with a valid family book).
• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering.
• Recent graduate (0-1 year of experience).
• Strong interest in developing a career in electrical engineering projects.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to prioritize, plan, and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design software is an advantage.
