Our newest opportunity is for a talented Graduate Engineer - UAE National to join our award-winning team based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities

KEO are looking to recruit talented Emirati engineers from graduate level to 1 -2 years' experience to support KEO divisions throughout a 1-year rotational program within our engineering functions. Depending on where the role is assigned, responsibilities may vary day to day. Generally, the role is responsible for supporting the production, verification, and assessment of technical designs, plans and associated documentation during the different stages of projects, ensuring compliance with relevant engineering and QMS standards and project requirements.

We envisage success in this role to include:

- Assists in maintaining quality control and quality standards in all personal work output, checking computations, designs, drawings, plans, estimates, and reports prepared for comprehensiveness, technical accuracy and sound application of engineering principles and standards.
- Resolves day-to-day problems.
- Maintains Client focus in the delivery of services of the team.
- Ensures all work is completed in accordance with health and safety legislation and KEO health and safety policies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Check and ensure effective co-ordination between discipline related works and all other disciplines.
- Provide technical input and experiences to resolve any discipline related issues that may arise.
- Carries out discipline projects to required standards and quality.
- Coordinates with other team members concerning project requirements and timelines.
- Ensures that all projects are reviewed to the required standards.
- Stays updated with relevant technical developments within the discipline.
- Understands the contract and scope of project deliverables.
- Ensures statutory and regulatory requirements are met.
- Provides regular work status updates, including risks or concerns, to line manager.
- Attends and contributes to team and project meetings as required.
- Ensures compliance with QMS and KEO Project Management Policy and Procedures Manual (PPM).
- Maintains Client focus in the delivery of services of the team.
- Directs feedback on all business development opportunities.
- Resolves day-to-day problems.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
