If you’re looking for exposure to the world of Recruitment, we have a great opportunity for you! As a Graduate Executive Researcher, you’ll have the opportunity to take on a wide variety of responsibilities in support of our Executive Recruitment Team. You will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment of Executive and C suite level candidates such as CEO\'s, CFO, Directors etc.
This will be a 12 week program with the view to go permanent for the successful intern.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with a dedicated team in helping both employers and job seekers to find a successful match.
- You will be heavily focused on developing and growing the current candidate base, with your key challenges being market mapping, sourcing and candidate management in a challenging market.
Requirements
- Graduate Degree / background within the field of finance (not compulsory but beneficial)
- Ideally have a Parent/Spouse or Student visa
- Strong customer service orientation, and excellent communication skills both on the phone and in person
- Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organization / prioritization skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
