Job description / Role

We are seeking highly motivated, enthusiastic trainees with an interest and passion in a career within recruitment.

You will be exposed primarily to the candidate sourcing aspect of recruitment. This role will offer a varied, stimulating, and challenging opportunity that will further develop interpersonal and commercial skills, giving you real responsibility for your personal and professional growth.

- You will be trained to build relations with potential clients and actively seek out new opportunities through cold calling and sending emails.
- You would support the team by sourcing, selecting, briefing and interviewing candidates from different job recruitment boards.
- You would shortlist candidates and prepare CVs for various job requirements.
- You would provide administrative support, perform clerical duties, filing, preparing documents, etc.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive;

- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and other MS Office programs is a must
