WSP is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Operations Coordinator (Emirati National) to join our dynamic team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization, particularly in the areas of pricing bids, resource mobilization, bid preparation, and development. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and Excel skills, with a potential background in finance or engineering. Additionally, a willingness to travel to KSA and a genuine passion for the industry, particularly in construction, will be essential for success in this role.
Your new role, what's involved?
* Pricing Bids: Assist in the preparation of pricing bids, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company guidelines.
* Resource Mobilization Support: Collaborate with the team to coordinate and allocate resources effectively for various projects.
* Bid Preparation/Development: Participate in the development of comprehensive bids, including gathering necessary documentation and information.
* Administrative Skills: Provide general administrative support to the operations team, maintaining organized records and documents.
* Excel Skills: Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data and create reports that contribute to informed decision-making.
* Finance/Engineering Background: Leverage your background in finance or engineering to understand and address operational challenges more effectively.
* Willingness to Travel: Demonstrate a readiness to travel to KSA as required for project-related activities.
* Passion for the Industry/Construction: Exhibit enthusiasm and a genuine interest in the construction industry and its operations.
Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (finance, engineering, or related).
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
* Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
* Passion for the construction industry and a strong desire to contribute to its success.
* Emirati National is a must.
