Graduate Placement Consultant

Job description / Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Graduate Placement Consultant for a leading business school in Dubai. Accredited by the Ministry of Education, our client is seeking a highly motivated individual with experience in a similar role, with the ability to develop relationships and place students in full-time work or internships, once they have obtained their qualifications.

As a Graduate Placement Consultant, the successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with companies whilst building relationships, meeting with key clients, organising and attending corporate events and career fairs and regularly meeting with students in order to guide them through their career choices. You will be responsible for producing placement reports on a regular basis, supporting the Marketing department with ideas for branding material such as profile brochures and representing the institution for potential recruiters on social media and campus events.

Salary - AED 13,000

Requirements

In order to apply for this role you will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within a similar position, including at least two years’ experience working in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience within business development and building relationships, therefore meaning you will be a good communicator and have a commercial awareness. Candidates with an outgoing and professional approach are best suited to this role and it is expected that you will have a high level of competency in MS Office. Candidates must possess fluency in English, with the ability to speak Arabic being desirable.
