WSP in the Middle East is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Emirati graduate to join our team as a project coordinator in Sharjah.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who is passionate about building a career in project management. The role provides hands-on experience in supporting project planning, execution, and coordination across departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing pricing bids, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate to coordinate and allocate resources for various projects.
• Participate in developing comprehensive bids, gathering necessary documentation.
• Provide general administrative support, maintaining organized records.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and report creation.
• Leverage background in finance or engineering to address operational challenges.
• Exhibit enthusiasm and interest in the construction industry.

Qualifications

• UAE national (with a valid family book).
• Recent graduate in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering (or related field).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a project-driven environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
